Accommodation:

Guests who book in for a stay are accommodated in private rooms, equipped with queen beds and high quality linen. Each guest room has an en-suite bathroom with large shower. Our facilities are wheelchair friendly. Meals are served in the main cafeteria area and are prepared with the most healthful ingredients we can source. Our organic garden contributes to an ever growing percentage of our delicious meals.

Treatments & Therapies:

A detox program at Verity Centre will aid your body’s natural healing mechanisms, no matter what your current health status is. We customize treatments according to individual guest needs. Most of our treatment programs will include one or more of each of the following elements (time permitting).

• Detox Fever Bath (charcoal) & Sweat Bed (2hrs total per session)
• Deep Tissue Massage (45 min per session) aids in releasing toxins from muscle tissue.
• Deep Tissue Massage + Detox Fever Bath + Rest Bed (2.5hrs per session)
• Contrast Foot Hydrotherapy (45min per session) is a great home-remedy to experience and learn.
• Guided fasting – we offer special support while guests undergo a detox fasting period.
• Health Breakfast (3 course) + Detox Smoothie is served every day (excluding fasting days)
• Health Lunch (substantial home-cooked meals served daily)
• Detox Juices and/or herbal teas are prepared from fresh ingredients to boost immunity.
• Cooking Demonstrations (1.5hrs per session) are included in your stay.
• Health Lecture/Workshop are presented by our in-house medical doctor and other staff.
• Poultice Demonstrations and Remedy Workshops are included (time permitting).
• Your treatment will be complemented with natural remedies such as poultices & compresses).
